Please note: This information is for vets. If you are a pet owner, seeking to have your pet referred to us, you must discuss this with your own vet, who will contact us on your behalf in the first instance.

For urgent and emergency referrals please call us on 0117 962 2828. Otherwise, please complete the form below and a member of our team will contact the client.

Please ensure all clinical history, radiographs (as jpeg files) and lab results are attached below. You may attach image files or PDF documents. If files are unable to be attached please email them to [email protected] with the patient name and surname in the subject line.

If you require advice or a second opinion then please email the referrals team on [email protected] and include all clinical history, imaging and a brief overview of the case.
